Elegant Resorts is delighted to have been highly commended for Best Luxury Tour Operator For Families at the Family Traveller Awards 2018. The prestigious awards ceremony was hosted in London in November 2018, with winners voted for by an esteemed panel of judges.

Elegant Resorts is thrilled to have won a special award for their “outstanding kindness, support and contribution” towards the British Virgin Islands over the past year.

The dedicated team donated clothes and supported fundraising events in both Chester and London, to show their support to the islands following the devastating Hurricane Irma, which tore through the Caribbean last September.

Elegant Resorts is proud to announce its latest accolade for Best Luxury Tour Operator at the Global Traveler Leisure Lifestyle Awards 2018. The award was voted for by Global Traveler's cosmopolitan readers, who openly chose Elegant Resorts as 'Best Luxury Tour Operator'. The ballot ran in the magazine and online from October 2017 to January 2018.

The Leisure Lifestyle Awards acknowledges the very best performing luxury travel companies, hotels, airlines and cruise companies. Their readers are said to "appreciate the efforts Elegant Resorts makes to offer an unbelievable luxury leisure travel".

Elegant Resorts is proud to announce that it has won the Feefo Gold Service award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.

Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. Those that meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected, and their average rating, are awarded. A badge of honour, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with verified customers. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service.

Elegant Resorts met the criteria of collecting at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2017 and December 31st 2017, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.

Elegant Resorts is thrilled to have been runner up in the 2016 Readers’ Travel Awards, held by the UK edition of Condé Nast Traveller magazine and announced in the October 2016 issue. These prestigious annual awards are much anticipated in the luxury travel industry and we are very proud to have been voted for by so many readers of the respected luxury travel magazine, who specifically recognise our first-hand knowledge of destinations.

Elegant Resorts is again proud to accept another award ‘Best Rising Star Award’ for doubling its business to The Oberoi Mauritius. The award was presented by Dhiren Periera, General Manager of the resort to Senior Product Manager for the Indian Ocean, Tara Taylor in June 2014.

The awards recognise the very best performing luxury travel companies, hotels, airlines, cruise companies, spas and destinations as judged by Daily Telegraph readers. The ceremony took place at The Dorchester in May 2014 and was presented by Gethin Jones, Ronan Keating, Charlotte Jackson, Charlotte Hawkins and Greg Rutherford.

The Times Travel Awards – Runner-up Best Luxury Tour Operator

Elegant Resorts is delighted to announce it has come runner-up for the category of ‘Best Luxury Tour Operator 2013’ at the inaugural Times Travel Awards 2013.

Held in Malta last weekend, this is the first year The Times has joined forces with The Sunday Times and The Sunday Times Travel Magazine to present the 2013 Travel Awards, which attracted a stellar list of attendees from across the travel industry.
