What we offer

As a Private Travel Designer, we offer a fully flexible working environment – work the hours you want and where you want, whether that’s working from the comfort of your own home, or taking your laptop to a beach villa in the Maldives; the world really is your oyster!

A strong ethos and work ethic is paramount, and in return we offer you uncapped commission with a generous split, no set up fees.

Your clients will have 24 hour emergency support, access to concierge documentation and peace of mind with full accreditation and bonding.

Additionally, as a Private Travel Designer you will also get access to our impressive training program and will benefit from an induction, where you will be introduced to the business, along with support and assistance from our dedicated Private Travel Designer support manager.

Once a year, a team building event is organised exclusively for the Private Travel Designers. In 2022 we enjoyed a weekend away to the exclusive Jumeriah Port Soller in Majorca.

Working in partnership with Elegant Resorts affords our Travel Designers the ultimate brand buying power with negotiated added valued and VIP service with excellent supplier relationships built over the last 30 years. Boasting an expansive product team committed to being the best in class at product knowledge and development, guarantees we are at the forefront with our portfolio. Our Concierge team have spent many years discovering the very best restaurants, spas, golf clubs and experiences within the destinations we operate within.

With ongoing investment and development in technology, we offer an excellent range of tools to ensure the booking process is seamless and our internal QA team check all the little details to make sure everything is tripled checked and flawless. Our marketing team are will provide content and copy for social media and you will have access to white label marketing.

We love to have fun and help you grow your business whilst still feeling part of wider team. As a Private Travel Designer you will attend quarterly away days, be invited to Elegant Resorts staff and exclusive supplier events, and have the opportunity to join Familiarisation trips.

My travel experience started from the age of 16 when I started as a modern apprentice in a travel agent.

After working in affluent areas, I fell in love with luxury holidays and knew this is the job for me. In 2016, I moved over to the luxury tour operator side of things, so I would work directly with hotels and our suppliers’ building relationships and securing once in a lifetime holidays, memories or unforgettable experiences.

With over 20 years of experience in luxury travel, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the Uk's leading luxury tour operators, curating exceptional journeys for clients who seek the very best.

Over the years my style of travel has changed, from exploring the world with friends to taking family holidays with my daughter and showing her what the world has to offer. I take pride in offering a high level of service, understanding each guests' unique preferences. Whether it’s uncovering hidden gems or organizing the most exclusive experiences, my goal is to turn dreams into perfectly planned realities.

Established in 2018, our team of Private Travel Designers is a network of highly skilled and knowledgeable homeworkers, each working in partnership with Elegant Resorts. With the world becoming smaller and our work life balance more important than ever, we decided to build a community of like-minded luxury travel specialists who are passionate about luxury travel, love to provide the very best knowledge and service and boast their own portfolio of discerning clients.

As one of the UK’s leading luxury operators, we have a robust infrastructure and excellent resources to provide our team of expert Private Travel Designers access to the very best systems, product knowledge and marketing, enabling each of them the opportunity to thrive in a job they love.

As a revolutionary business, we recognised the growing desire for a more flexible working environment, allowing our team the freedom to take charge of their own career while still having the support and security of working with a fully established ATBA and ATOL bonded company.

  • I started my career in travel when I joined Gold Medal back in 2006 and felt like I had found my niche! I had many happy years there building up a loyal client base, most of which I still look after today. I was a founding member of Goldmedal’s Pure Luxury department and one of the questions for the interview was to talk about other luxury tour operators and I remember talking about Elegant Resorts and how I admired their brand. Fast forward twelve years and here I am!! I am very proud to be the first Private Travel Designer for Elegant Resorts; I have a team of 2 wonderful ladies working alongside me and I am so proud of what we have achieved.
