The concierge team at Elegant Resorts would be delighted to assist with arrangements for your next luxury ski holiday, including pre-booking equipment and kindergarten places. Lift passes for certain resorts can be booked by us prior to travel, but can also be purchased upon arrival. We strongly recommend securing ski or snowboard tuition (if required) before you travel, whether individual or group lessons are needed. To make the most of the ski school experience, it is essential that pupils are of the same ability-level – otherwise, separate instructors will be required. Please let your Travel Consultant know you wish to have lessons when you make your holiday booking, as they would be pleased to advise you.

The complex boasts its own activity centre, offering summer and winter guests a diverse mountain experience, along with a spa dedicated to health and wellbeing. There’s something for the whole family to enjoy in the area, from a visit to the Palau de Gel ice rink or a round of golf at the highest nine-hole course in Europe. There are six diverse restaurants at the hotel, spearheaded by two chefs who boast a Michelin Star each: Francis Paniego and Hideki Matsuhisa. Fresh, seasonal produce is used throughout, irrespective of the style of cuisine on offer. There is high-class fine dining at Ibaya or more traditional, hearty fare to enjoy at Hermitage Tradició. Koy Hermitage serves Japanese delicacies , while other specialities include classic Italian, mountain cuisine and tasty tapas, to be enjoyed informally with drinks.

Ski

The hotel boasts an excellent location and guests have the convenience of ski-in, ski-out access so there's no walking in heavy ski boots! For years, the ski resorts of Andorra remained segregated and competitive, until the authorities intervened and demanded they conglomerate. As a result, skiers can now buy a joint pass which unifies Pas de la Casa, Graug Roig and Soldeu El Tatar into a singular ski resort - the magnificent Grand Valira. There is now over 200 kilometres of piste to discover including 18 green runs, 32 blue, 37 red and 23 black, as well as tree-skiing for veteran skiers and gentler slopes for beginners. So impressive is the venue, Aside from skiing, Soldeu also offers helicopter rides to virgin snow peaks, skidoos, dog sleighing and igloo building.

The Sport Wellness Mountain Spa is an expansive facility that is amongst the most advanced spa complexes in Europe. Spread over 5,000m², the five floors are divided into varying themes, including beauty, health, hydrotherapy, purification and fitness. A major attraction is the water circuit, with its range of swimming pools at varying temperatures, hydrotherapy jets, underwater massage and two open-air baths. Use of this impressive facility is complimentary for guests, but restricted to those aged over 13 years.
