Lift passes for certain resorts can be booked by us prior to travel, but can also be purchased upon arrival. We strongly recommend securing ski or snowboard tuition (if required) before you travel, whether individual or group lessons are needed. To make the most of the ski school experience, it is essential that pupils are of the same ability-level – otherwise, separate instructors will be required. Please let your Travel Consultant know you wish to have lessons when you make your holiday booking, as they would be pleased to advise you.

Disabled Services

There are eleven specially adapted rooms for disabled guests including 8 x Deluxe Studio Accessible Suites and 3 x One Bedroom Accessible Suites. These rooms have lower fixtures such as light switches and door handles as well as wider doors widths both upon entry and within the rooms, roll-in shower with removable shower head, grab bars next to the toilet, inside the shower and also a roll-under sink. Public facilities of the hotel are accessible via wheelchair ramps and lifts. The Grill & Vine and the Firerock are both open plan and on one level. There are also multiple ramps and access points to the hotel lobby across different levels.
