One of the distinctive features of this restaurant is the open kitchen which allows guests to view the preparation of their meal. Lunches consist of creative Dim sum, Chinese wok cuisine, rice and noodles, soup and salads with noodle boxes, burgers and pizzas also available. Dinner is a more elegant affair and includes dishes such as Peking duck or sea scallops with a signature XO sauce. On occasion guests are invited to partake in a culinary journey of Canontenese, Indo Chine and fusion meals.
