Overview

In addition, the hotel has partnered with three of the Cape's most renowned wine estates, so that guests can enjoy a wide variety of interesting, delicious wines during their stay. The collection of vintages includes exclusive boutique wines and wines that are created using grape varieties that are sustainably farmed and cultivated. This restaurant and deli-style bistro, open all day from the morning to the late-afternoon, is Fancourt's latest culinary offering, boasting a fabulous location overlooking Outenquia golf course and the mountains beyond. Artisan dishes and farm-fresh deli cuisine can be enjoyed, while guests wishing to dine outside or celebrate a special occasion may do so at the outdoor pergola.

Located at the Manor House, Henry White's is Fancourt's landmark gourmet restaurant and is named after its original owners. Tasting menus, gourmet dishes and award-winning fine wines can be enjoyed in the elegant dining room, while hosted wine-pairing events are a regular occurance from September to May, when innovative dishes are partnered with delicious South African wines. In addition to the lovely decor, the restaurant showcases a permanent collection of artworks by the German painter, Klauss Fussman.
