Day 1 to 4 Accommodation

Enjoy your first 2 days in Canada in Vancouver. Explore Stanley Park by bike or take a walking tour through Gastown or Granville Island. Board a floatplane for a scenic flight to the city of Victoria. Here, you’ll head out by custom-built zodiac boat in search of orcas, minke whales, grey whales, harbour seals, porpoises and much more! Explore more of Victoria at your leisure, visit the beautiful Butchart Gardens and cruise through the Gulf Islands, before heading back to Vancouver. Day 4 to 5 Accommodation

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train this morning for the two day journey into the stunning Rocky Mountains. Travel in the Gold Leaf domed carriage complete with outside space to take in the fresh Canadian air at the back of each carriage. Break for the night in the town of Kamloops before boarding the train again and climbing through the Cascade and Coast mountains and ever more dramatic mountain scenery to the national park town of Jasper.

Drive south from Jasper along the Icefield Parkway, following the spine of the Canadian Rockies. Make a stop at the breathtaking Columbia Icefields and Athabasca Glacier, for the amazing Ice Explorer experience. Your guide will explain how glaciers are formed and point out interesting geological features as you travel across the icy slopes. Then, for the ultimate adventure in the wilderness, soar over six glorious glaciers by helicopter, seeing sights only possible from up high! Day 7 to 10 Accommodation

Sip a cocktail as the sun dips down, casting shadows on the surrounding mountains. By day, explore further afield, visit famous Lake Louise or take a kayak out on to the pristine waters of Emerald Lake in the Yoho Provincial Park.

Day 10 to 13 Accommodation

Spend some time exploring Banff. Departing from striking Sulphur Mountain in a glass-enclosed dome, the Banff Gondola offers you a 360-degree views of six mountain rangers and the Bow Valley which are nothing short of breathtaking! Perhaps take a dip in the local sulphur springs or partake in a white water rafting trip nearby. Stroll along the main street for last minute souvenirs of your time in Canada. Dine casually in town or formally at the Fairmont for a special end to your Canadian adventure. On your last day, you will fly back to the UK.
