Day 1 Accommodation

Key Largo

After landing in the bustling city of Miami, make your way south to the beautiful Florida Keys. Leave the hustle and bustle of city life behind as vibrant streetlights give way to sprawling mangrove forests as you approach “The Stretch”, linking the mainland to the coral cay archipelago. Take in the beautiful scenery and stunning views of the turquoise waters surrounding you as you travel along the iconic Overseas Highway- an All-American Road and widely considered one of America’s most beautiful scenic routes- stopping to enjoy some time in scenic Key Largo before arriving at your luxury hotel in Marathon.

Day 2 Accommodation

Marathon

After a night at the luxurious Isla Bella, spend your first day experiencing the Keys on water with an exclusive private boat charter. Work with your dedicated captain to create the day’s itinerary according to your interests and preferences and get ready to explore all that the keys have to offer. Snorkel or scuba-dive into underwater world, with magical coral reefs bustling with marine life and the underwater Christ of the Abyss statue, glide through a mangrove forest by stand-up paddleboard,, or simply take in the beauty from the comfort of the boat or beach. Fishing lovers will be in heaven with a range of backcountry and deep-sea options in one of the world’s best destinations for sport fishing. Day 3 Accommodation

Lower Keys

After continuing along the Overseas Highway to the Lower Keys and the private island sanctuary of Little Palm Island, spend the day enjoying the wealth of activities offered by the resort. Encompassed by the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (including the world’s third largest barrier reef), Little Palm Island offers an ideal location for snorkelling and diving with Looe Key Reef just a short boat ride away. Step onto the dedicated snorkel and dive boat, Island Girl, which provides all the equipment, amenities and refreshments you will need, and explore one of the best places to snorkel and dive in the United States, hire a private boat and go for a memorable picnic on the sandbanks and walk through the shallow waters, or explore the crystal-clear, blue waters on a kayak. There are also plenty of flats and backcountry fishing opportunities, with beautiful, expansive waters full of marine life hiding the elusive “Big Three” - tarpon, permit, and bonefish.

Lower Keys

After a relaxing night at Little Palm Island, set your sights on exploring the islands of the Lower Keys in more detail. Spend time taking in the wildlife with a relaxing stroll or bike ride through the National Key Deer Refuge, experience the breathtaking views offered by Bahia Honda State Park with its sandy beaches, gin-clear waters, and magnificent sunsets, or visit the 100-square mile Dry Tortugas National Park (accessible only by boat or seaplane) and enjoy the magnificent Fort Jefferson surrounded by picturesque blue waters, unmatched coral reefs, and the vast assortment of bird life that frequents the area.

Day 5 to 6 Accommodation

Key West

Spend your final full day exploring the delights on offer in Key West . In centuries past, Key West served as important stop on vital trade routes between the Caribbean and New Orleans and was Florida’s most important city. In modern days, it is a vibrant and thriving hub with the popular and busy Duval Street offering plenty of bars, shops and restaurants, along with a range of watersports, historic sites and museums, nature parks, and whale watching opportunities. Explore the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and take in the beautiful residence and grounds of this iconic American writer, or visit the Harry S. Truman Little White House, a former home turned museum filled with original furnishing and memorabilia from Truman’s days. Alternatively, divers and marine lovers can visit the Key West shipwreck museum where a mix of actors, films and actual artefacts tell the story of 400 years of shipwreck salvage in the Florida Keys. On your final day, leave Key West behind and take a return flight to the UK.
