Golf

The Dave Thomas-designed 18-hole, par 72 golf course is set around twenty-two lakes surrounded by 25,000 palm trees and waterfalls, and offers views over the Atlantic Ocean to the island of La Gomera. Its signature hole ten is a par 5, 480-metre-high dogleg to the left, protected by the course's boundaries on the right and by a series of lakes on the left. Guests can also enjoy the facilities of the Golf Academy, which provides one-to-one golf lessons, as well as a Pro Shop stocked with leading specialist golf merchandise.

Temporarily closed for upgrade works from 8th June 2025 to 31st July 2025. 
Please note that during Lagoon Pool’s closure, the pool at Palmera Lane at the Retreat will be available for guests staying in The Citadel.
