Concierge

The concierge team at Elegant Resorts would be delighted to assist with arrangements for your next luxury ski holiday, including pre-booking equipment, along with kindergarten places. Lift passes for certain resorts can be booked by us prior to travel, but can also be purchased in resort upon arrival. We strongly recommend securing ski or snowboard tuition (if required) before you travel, whether individual or group lessons are needed. Payment is usually made in resort, but on occasion, pre-payment may be required to secure the booking, while amendments and cancellations may incur penalties. To make the most of the ski school experience, it is essential that pupils are of the same ability-level – otherwise, separate instructors will be required. Please let your Travel Consultant know you wish to have lessons when you make your holiday booking, as they would be pleased to advise you.

Luxury Holidays At The Chedi Andermatt

The Chedi Andermatt is a relative baby amongst a sea of well-established luxury ski hotels in Switzerland and brings to the party amazing interior design with a modern Asian twist so beloved of The Chedi brand, along with superlative service and a real thoughtfulness to offer its guests the kinds of facilities that perfectly complement spending days enjoying snow-based activities. Amongst these is a fabulous, contemporary spa offering sublime Alpine-inspired treatments, a wonderful hydrotherapy pool, Finnish sauna and a temperature-controlled outdoor lap pool. Elsewhere, guests can enjoy dining at the Club House or the two restaurants - which Michelin-starred Asian dishes, plus Swiss and European cuisine - and may relax in a number of restful spots throughout the hotel, where roaring wood-burning fireplaces, intimate bars and cosy faux fur blankets are not far away.

Guest rooms and suites provide the same level of thoughtful touches and beautifully modern, yet unpretentious Oriental-inspired interiors that incorporate fireplaces, balconies, huge picture windows, underfloor heating in the sumptuous bathrooms and wood-clad walls. The synergy of immaculate design is peerless throughout and really adds to the feeling of The Chedi Andermatt being a perfect sanctuary from the chilly, snowy world outside its doors. And when it is time to head outdoors to enjoy the winter scenery, guests can be assured of an effortless transition, with the excellent Ski Butler team organising ski equipment, transportation to and from the slopes, servicing and storage of equipment, along with offering insider tips and important information on daily ski conditions. Based in the stylish Living Room, amongst the vintage skis and log-clad walls, one cannot imagine a more relaxing place in which to prepare for a day on the snow or come back to when you've tired yourself out.
