To sample some of LA's finest dining, guests need not leave the hotel. CUT is Wolfgang Puck's Michelin-starred eatery, a take on the classic American steakhouse. Designed by Richard Meier, architect of LA's Getty Centre, it's a perfect setting for celebrity-spotting and features a skylight that amplifies the effect of the moonlight after dark. Adjacent is CUT Lounge, a new bar and lounge experience with a smaller Rough Cuts menu, while private dining experiences are available via Petit CUT.
