Sleeping six to eight people in three king-sized bedrooms, with poolside quarters for an additional two, alongside a fully appointed kitchen, a wet bar, and a living and dining area, Hawk’s Nest’s spacious interior is perfect for relaxation and entertainment alike. Large picture windows flood the space with light, whilst also revealing elevated views from the villa’s hillside position. Bathrooms promise next-level luxury, with a two-person Jacuzzi tub and double shower in each. Outside, a large private sundeck features a private plunge pool and shady porches offer an idyllic spot to sit and gaze at the sea views.

This expansive villa estate offers the pinnacle in luxury living from its mountainside spot overlooking White Bay, Norman Island, and the islands beyond. Over 2,000m² of state-of-the-art comfort combines with authentic island charm inside, with two master bedrooms in the main house and two full guest suites positioned in pods to either side, as well as a stunning double-storey living space, a dining room, media room, wellness room, fitness centre and full chef’s kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the terrace and infinity pool outside, where panoramic island and sea views stretch across the horizon.
